Remote Access*
I train or support you personally one-on-one, or several individuals within your business via the Internet. Remote access training is live, Internet-based training via an Internet connected computer and a telephone connection. You view the training presentation on your computer, hear and ask questions via the telephone connection. My remote access training enables you to take control of the software for hands-on experience.
Troubleshooting of QuickBooks files is also done via remote access.
Phone Support*
I answer questions answered over the phone to expedite your learning curve, or assess the need to use remote access or have you send me your QuickBooks file.
